Our process is very organized with high-quality performance in our professional team, we start to label all doors and drawers, remove and take them to our shop to start making the transformation
First, we clean all doors and drawers by degreaser from both sides then we sand them with 220 sandpaper to scratch the wood little so that when we can Spray them by BIN SHELLAC PRIMER so its stick very strong to wood and you can’t remove it anymore, after 2 coats of primer for both faces, we sand them again by 400 sandpaper to make the surface very smooth and shiny, the last process in spry them by CANLAK Water-based finish another 2 coats, then we ready to install them again and do the final touch up in your home
We do the same process in your home for the side panels, kick plate, edges, trims, and crown moulding, the only difference is that we paint cabinets by roll because we can’t handle the smell of the primer and paint in the house, so let’s add more beauty to your kitchen.
